In the heart of the galaxy, where the lines between light and darkness blur, the flames of war rise with relentless battles between the Republic army and the Separatists in Star Wars: The Clone Wars – Republic Heroes. The story begins during the Battle of Ryloth, where Anakin Skywalker, a fictional character in the Star Wars universe, and his apprentice Ahsoka Tano launch an assault on a Separatist stronghold in an attempt to clear the way for their clone troopers by eliminating waves of enemy droids. At the same time, the Separatists attack the Republic’s Juma 9 space station, where Obi-Wan Kenobi and Plo Koon, alongside Commander Cody and the clone trooper Switch, attempt to repel the invasion. While making their way to the communication chamber, Obi-Wan and Plo Koon discover a heavily armored Skakoan scientist. They pursue him until they finally corner him, revealing his name as Kul Teska before engaging in a battle against him. However, Teska manages to escape, leaving Obi-Wan and Plo Koon trapped. After losing contact with Anakin and Ahsoka, Mace Windu and Kit Fisto, along with Commander Ponds, embark on a mission to rescue them.

Kul Teska is developing a deadly weapon capable of shifting the war in favor of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
